We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be able to make changes only until the expedition of your order is done, after the expedition there is no way to cancel. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed and shipped.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 72 hours for an order to be processed. Yet if you order before 5 p.m., your order will be shipped within 24/48h.
Our verification team may delay. Kindly note shipping if confirmation is needed for the order. You may also view the status of your order here. After the expedition of your order from our warehouse, count 8-11 business days to arrive at your home if you select Express shipping. If not, it should take 25-30 days.

After the shipment:
- 18-25 business days en general to arrive at your home if you have taken the Standard shipping method.
- 8-11 business days if you have taken the Express shipping method.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.
If you could kindly print and fill outthis form, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return.
La Botteca Milano provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your local post office with you tracking number and then they will look at it.
