We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be able to make changes only until the expedition of your order is done, after the expedition there is no way to cancel. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed and shipped.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 72 hours for an order to be processed. Yet if you order before 5 p.m., your order will be shipped within 24/48h.
Our verification team may delay. Kindly note shipping if confirmation is needed for the order. You may also view the status of your order here. After the expedition of your order from our warehouse, count 8-11 business days to arrive at your home if you select Express shipping. If not, it should take 25-30 days.
